I work with growing businesses to overcome roadblocks, explore new opportunities and make strategic decisions.
As we move towards a future built with AI, the need for human decision making has never been more important.
We can lean on advanced tools for research and analysis, but that gut feeling and business instinct is a distinctly human trait that still guides the greatest innovations and most successful businesses.
Facilitation is the art of zooming out and seeing the bigger picture from all angles and perspectives. A facilitator helps to map out all the possibilities and even surface unvoiced opinions in the room, so the group can make the best decision possible. One that's rarely reached when left to chance.
"Running fast in the wrong direction is worse than standing still. I help teams slow down so they can speed up."
Something is slowing you down but you can't quite name it.
This session brings road blocks to the surface and helps you clear them.
Your core business is thriving but you want to level up.
This session uses creativity and design thinking to explore new territory.
As you build fast, it's easy to drift.
This session zooms out, reconnects the team to the mission and plots out a shared direction.
I grew up a Third Culture Kid. Born in the Netherlands, attending International schools and being of Indian origin, I was exposed to many cultures from an early age. I developed a deep belief that there isn't just one way to view the world. That diversity of perspectives and opinions enriches your point of view.
I also spent several years leading the UK edition of MakeSense, a volunteer network that uses design thinking to support social entrepreneurs. It was there that I discovered my enthusiasm for facilitation and the power it has to unlock collaborative decision making.
Most recently I was trained in person with AJ&Smart at their highest level. I am now one of 25 Guides around the world certified as a Verified Facilitators in their network.
"I bring warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm to get you to your next milestone with clarity and confidence."
Tell me about your team's journey.
I can see where I can support you
